TUESDAY

11:00a - Campers arrive in Orlando (MCO) by 11:00a EDT 

12:00p - Vans depart for National Training Center (NTC).  Snacks and hydration in vans.  

1:00p - Arrive NTC/Sign In/Quick Tour

1:30p to 2:30p - SWIM 1 hour. Non swimmers can workout @ NTC, get a massage or relax in the FL sun!  

2:45p - Change & back in vans

3:15p - Arrive at house, get settled, review week

4:30p - BIKE. Easy 30 min to get bikes dialed in

5:15p - RUN. Easy 20 min shake out run

6:00p - Publix (Grocery Store) Run

7:30p - Group dinner at the house 

WEDNESDAY

6:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

6:30a to 7:00a - Breakfast & make lunch and snacks for the day

7:30a - Depart from house

8:00a - BIKE 90 minutes pace line/tempo

11:00a - 11:45p - RUN. Cross Country Trails

12:00p - 1:00p - Lunch at Panera

1:30p to 2:30p - SWIM 1 hour. Non swimmers can workout @ NTC.

2:45p - Depart NTC for house

3:15p - Rest of the day to relax

7:00p - Group dinner at house

THURSDAY

7:00a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

7:00a to 8:00a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

8:00a - Depart from house

8:30a - 9:30a RUN. 60 minutes red roads

10:30a - 1:00p - BIKE. 20-25 miles (2-2.5 hours) in "the hills"

1:15p - Depart for house

1:45p - Arrive at house

1:00p - 7:00p - Chill time

7:00p - Group dinner

FRIDAY

7:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

7:30a - 8:30a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

8:30a - 9:30a RUN. 60 minutes red roads

9:15a - BIKE. 45-60 mile (3 hours) ride in mix of flat road & hills

2:00p - Rest of the day to chill!

7:00p - Group dinner at house

9:12p - Lights out! Coach & Bolt bed check

SATURDAY

7:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

7:30a - 8:30a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

8:45a - Depart from house

9:15a - LONG BIKE. 70+ miles as we ride easy around central Florida

7:00p - Group dinner at house

9:12p - Lights out! Coach & Bolt bed check

SUNDAY

6:30a - Coach & Bolt wake up!  

6:30a - 7:30a - Breakfast & make a lunch and snacks for the day

7:30a - Depart from house

8:00a - RUN. 1.25 hours run on "Red Roads"

9:30a - OPTIONAL BIKE. 1 hour in Lake Louise state park

10:45a - Return to house 

11:00a - Chill, pack & end of week review

2:00p ish - Depart for the airport

Swim Suits & Bathing Suits

Swim goggles, tinted & clear

2-3 swim caps

Bike - If you're renting please choose your bike size.

Bike shoes - Comes with bike rental if renting (limited sizes available)

Helmet - Comes with bike rental if renting

Sun glasses (tinted & clear if possible)

Reminder that during training sessions terrier provides nutrition bars/snacks/gels/hydration etc. But if you need something specific we suggest you bring it or pick it up when at camp.  

GENERAL CLOTHING PACKING

Evening apparel is nothing more than shorts & sandals and clothing to chill around the house.  May be a light sweater for the cold indoor dining in Florida. We have full washers & driers if you want to travel very lite
