  • At Terrier, we understand that plans can change, and we want to offer maximum flexibility to our customers. That's why we have designed our cancellation policy to allow you to book your cycling tour with confidence. To secure your trip, we require a deposit of $900, which is fully refundable and transferable up until 90 days before departure. After 90 days, your deposit will still be valid and can be used for future adventures.

     

    However, please note that we cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy, including personal emergencies, weather or travel delays, natural disasters, terrorism, or virus outbreaks. We reserve the right to cancel any trip if the safety of our travelers or staff is compromised. In such cases, Terrier will not be responsible for any non-refundable travel costs incurred. If we do cancel a trip, a refund of payments received from Terrier will be considered as a full and final settlement. 

     

    We hope this policy provides peace of mind and allows you to plan your trip with confidence. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

     

    MORE THAN 90 DAYS: Fully refundable or credit for a future adventure.

     

    61 - 90 DAYS: 75% refundable credit or 100% credit to a future Terrier Adventure or Terrier LIVESTREAM credit.

     

    31 - 60 DAYS: 50% refundable credit or 75% credit to a future Terrier Adventure or Terrier LIVESTREAM credit.

     

    0 - 30 DAYS: No refundable credit or 15% credit to Terrier LIVESTREAM.
